COVID-19 Policies

Classroom Cancellation Policies:

All our classroom fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Backpack The Trails LLC reserves the right to cancel a class without cause. We do our best to ensure that this never happens, but in the unlikely event that we do have to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, upon which time we will issue you a full refund.

If you wish to transfer your registration to a different class, we will do our best to accommodate your change at no cost.

• 48 hours or more before your class, we will place you in a different class if room is available.

• Less than 48 hours before your class, it will be considered a cancellation.
